Welcome to the 2012 LEARN Education Conference

This inaugural conference brings together innovators from key education disciplines to discuss sector-specific barriers to education reform and generate cross-disciplinary solutions.  We aim to equip attendees with the background to develop specific tasks they can accomplish to improve public education.  The Conference will foster the development of long-term problem-solving for public education.

Please join us on Saturday, March 31, for a day of engaging speakers, sector-specific panel discussions, cross-disciplinary problem-solving workshops, and a networking and career reception.  The Conference will be hosted at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Working Groups

Our working group lunches will help attendees leave our Conference with a clear set of personal action items to improve public education, discussing one of our many topics with experienced professionals over lunch.

Each table will have a designated topic for discussion.  We are inviting special guests with experience in these unique topics to help guide the working lunch.  Through these more intimate discussions, panelists, attendees, and practitioners may identify steps each of them can take to begin solving the problem statement posed by their topic.
